Evaluation and Assessment
Your initial visit will include a professional assessment of your mental health symptoms with our board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC). All options including no medications, holistic, ruling out underlying medical concerns or causes, and other techniques are utilized to address your mental health concerns. There are times when the proper medication is essential to controlling mental health symptoms. You will work closely with your PMHNP-BC to address your mental health symptoms and other concerns.
Medication Management
If you are currently taking or needing to start medications, MasterMind Clinic, PLLC can help you manage your prescriptions. Periodic appointments to assess your symptoms, response to the medication, monitoring for side effects, and make adjustments as needed. Our board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNP-BC) work closely with you to address your concerns, answer your questions, and manage your symptoms.
Spravato™
Treatment-resistant depression, major depression, and suicidal ideations often fail to respond to a medication prescriptions, psychotherapy, or other treatments. Spravato™/esketamine is a FDA approved intranasal medication for the treatment of:
• Treatment resistant depression (TRD) in adults
• Depressive symptoms in adults with major depression disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or intent with action or plan
Long Acting Injectable Medication: Vivitrol™, Invega™, Aristada™
If medication compliance is a concern or you just do not like taking your medications every day, there may be an option for a long acting injectable (LAI). LAI medications treat long-term psychiatric symptoms and is always considered at MasterMind Clinic, PLLC. If you would like to know more or discuss this option, please let your PMHNP-BC know.

Consultation services available for children or adults with special needs, educational challenges, or intellectual disabilities.
